This place has great food. GREAT FOOD! The service is off most days though. Your drink will be empty once maybe twice and you will always have to flag someone down to get a refill. Always. There has not been a single occasion when I was offered a refill without flagging down a server. For the price in this place you would expect better. I tip very well (between 20 and 30%), and every visit costs between $100 and $300 depending on the group size that I take in. I would get up to get the drink myself, but I have a service dog and it is a hassle. Am I asking for too much? Just refill the soda or tea from time to time.

It is good food and you get a show. Seems like it's getting a little run down though. The grill was pretty rough and dirty. They replaced the chicken mid fry which freaked me out. At least they replaced instead of serving but it was a customer that asked for that. Price seems to be in line and it's an affordable night out. Been going here for about 15 years

Reserved spots at the grill for the entertainment and food prep viewing. A large family with several boistrous children were seated near us. Too loud for us, we asked to move into the front portion of the restaurant. The attendant was unhappy having to prepare a new table. No other clients were in the front with us. Should the numerous and boistrous group have been reseated in front as apposed to ignoring our displeasure with the disturbance? Management was looking at the bottom line for that evening and not catering to the potential returning client and friends. Food, service, employee attitude all achieved a poor rating.

Ok this place was awsome the ppl are great it took forever but we were warned we were fine with that the chef was awsome n funny the staff r great n helpful always with smiles everything was great 👍🏼 good job but I have a few complaints as much as we paid for food I saw a tiny Roch the small black ones just saw one like a lonely cowboy. the walls r terrible needs a wash down. the floor smelled and u can see how it needed a good clean understanding food gets tossed. the bathroom was the cleanest place and freezing but I wouldn't go there again or pay as much as we did for that I'd probably pay 100 for 3 ppl all same dish yes we left a 30 dollar tip cash n the bill was 195 something pluse we even left additional tip of 15 on card just because the young boy filled our cups almost when it ran empty n the staff were awsome the chef was awsome the food was awsome I normally wouldn't have continued to eat after seeing that bug but the food was good and the pple are awsome I had the pleasure of having the Chinese/ asain guy and our waiter was a young Dallas cowboy fan. I'd go back to check again in 2 months as I do to every restaurant I go n update my reviews thank u for the great hospitality and welcoming and the food.

Made a reservation for 6 for my birthday dinner. They took all of our information. Showed up and they didn't have our reservation even on the schedule. Told us it would be over an hour wait. Will NEVER be returning! This business needs to make sure they have their scheduling in order if they are going to take reservations. Thank you Namis for ruining my birthday dinner 👍
